50 year old female with a history of atypical ductal hyperplasia and a genetic susceptibility to breast cancer. She underwent bilateral mastectomy and implant reconstruction (stage 2). She is shown here in the pre photos with her tissue expander in place (post stage 1 reconstruction), and in the after photos, 1 year after her stage 2 implant reconstruction with 500 cc implants which were smooth-moderate height xtra implants.
