Breast Reconstruction

Case Details
This is a patient who at 43 years old was diagnosed with right breast cancer and initially had a lumpectomy. The lumpectomy had positive margins and thus, she required mastectomy. She underwent bilateral mastectomy – this was skin sparing and her nipples were removed. She is shown here at 2 years post surgery. She has had 3D nipple tattooing. Her implants are over the muscle, and are SMHB 635 cc implants. SMHB means they are smooth silicone and are moderate-high in profile. They are also boost implants.
