This patient underwent a breast reduction with implants – this is the addition subtraction concept, where you remove tissue from where you don’t want it (the bottom of the breast) and add it in where you want it (the upper pole). Roughly 200 grams of tissue was removed per side, followed by placement of SMHX (moderate high extra implants), 350 cc.
